Please make sure your email has been written correctly, since after you submit your reservation an E-Ticket will be sent to this email which you must print it, bring with you and show at the airport in order to receive the complementary service.The complementary service is only for Club Solaris members, RCI members, Member“s Guests and Referrals and for clients who made reservations on line at www.clubsolaris.com and the service was included, other than that, the service will have a charge. It is mandatory to enter your Flight information at least 72 hours prior your flight in order to arrange and confirm your transportation. Any request submitted out of this frame time, will not get the service requested. Note: In cancun our complementary service is from 8am to 8pm.
